Our pepper is best purchased whole, and these are the best tasting black whole organic peppercorns we could find! Whole peppercorns keep their flavor indefinitely and are easily ground in a pepper mill. Our black whole organic peppercorns grind easily into ground pepper for any dish. Best applied at the end of cooking to retain it's flavor. Black organic pepper is a great condiment and we suggest pairing it with our Celtic sea salt on every table.
