1 Stick soften butter

¼ teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt® Brand

½ teaspoon baking soda

1 heaping cup flour

½ cup brown sugar

½ cup whole cane sugar

1 cup chocolate chips

1 teaspoon Tahitian Gold Bourbon Ground Vanilla

* use 1/4 teaspoon when using Tahitian Gold Bourbon Vanilla Paste

1 egg
  1. Preheat oven to 375F degrees.
  2. Blend butter and egg together.
  3. Mix all dry ingredients: Celtic Sea Salt® Brand, baking soda, flour, sugars, Tahitian Gold Vanilla, and chocolate chips.
  4. Then mix all ingredients.
  5. Butter cookie sheet and place 2 inch round balls of cookie dough 1-2 inches apart. Bake for 9-12 minutes. Place done cookies on cooling rack then enjoy.

Yields 12 cookies
