1 ½ cups Xylitol*
2 cups water
6 whole cloves
½ teaspoon ground allspice
1 tablespoon ground ginger
2 cinnamon sticks
3 lemons (juiced)
5 oranges (juiced)
2 cups apple cider

In a large sauce pan, boil Xylitol and water for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, add all spices and let stand covered for 1 hour. Add all squeezed juices and cider. Bring to a boil and serve hot.
