Aged in special ceramic crocks that allow it to foster the growth of friendly flora in a safe environment, this Garlic Kraut is absolutely delicious. It is entirely hand-made in small batches and packaged in glass jars. Contains only organic cabbage, organic garlic, and Celtic Sea Salt® Brand salt.
Must be purchased in quantities of two same-sized jars.
