*** SUGGESED USAGE ***
In a 64 oz canning jar, use 4 cups filtered water and two heaping tablespoons of Celtic Sea Salt® or MAKAI PURE.
Ferment in cool, dark, place away from warm appliances or direct sunlight.
Refrigerate for 12 hours before eating, after the 4 days of fermenting are up.
Vegetables will soften and ferment better when cut in half, quarters, slices, etc.
Some harder veggies may need to be par steamed because Perfect Pickler® will not completely soften or "cook" the harder veggies.
