• 2 cups organic plain greek yogurt
• ½ cup fresh organic dill
• ½ cup fresh organic basil
• ½ cup fresh organic chives
• 1 tsp Celtic Sea Salt® Brand Fine Ground sea salt
• ¼ cup organic fresh lemon juice
• 1 tsp Selina Naturally® Organic Black Peppercorns
• 1 head organic romaine lettuce, washed and chopped
• 1 organic daikon radish, cubed
• A few fresh slices of parmesan cheese (use a carrot peeler)
• 1 cup fresh organic cherry tomatoes
1.In a food processor, blend yogurt, dill, basil, chives, Celtic Sea Salt®, lemon juice, and pepper until fully combined and smooth.
2.Assemble salad and toss dressing to coat the lettuce, daikon and tomatoes.
3.Garnish with parmesan cheese slices. Serve cold.
